We hate recruitment agencies. Is that a bit strong?

Our managing director doesn't think so, because you see he's dealt with a lot of them over the years and they fall into his list of cowboys somewhere between estate agents and mobile phone salesman. Not a great place to be.

Finding the right staff is key to the success of any business.
